Return and Exchanges
- Once an order is confirmed, modifications of order, returns, and refunds will not be accepted unless there is a quality issue with the product.
- If you receive damaged or incomplete goods, you should contact our customer service department via email or WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt) at cs@jadaloo.com or +852 5287 2287. Please provide your order number, the name of the item to be replaced, relevant photos, and quantity for us to follow up. After discussion and agreement between both parties, any items requested for replacement must be returned to us. We will inform you to send the returned goods to a designated SF Express service point for follow-up. Any unauthorized or overdue returns will not be processed.
- Upon receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them. If any quality issues are found, we will arrange for a replacement with an identical item at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
- All exchange arrangements do not include special promotional items marked as non-returnable.
- Exchanges must retain complete packaging, and the products must be intact and unused.
- Any used, improperly cleaned, modified, or damaged items, including all pillow and duvet products (for hygiene reasons), promotional items, and gifts, are not eligible for exchange.
- The sizes of sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers are based on centimeters and may have a variance of +/- 5 cm, which is considered acceptable and will not warrant an exchange.
- Each order can only arrange for one exchange. Any exchanged items are limited to the same model, color, and size.
- Images are for reference only. The color of the products may vary due to monitor settings, and patterns may differ slightly due to cutting; everything is subject to the actual item.
- We will ensure that the products displayed have sufficient stock, but due to special circumstances, some products may be sold out. If the returned products have sold out or the ordered goods are out of stock, we will discuss with the customer to substitute with other products of equal price. If no resolution can be reached, we will refund the full amount using the payment method used for the original purchase.
- Our company will not charge any return handling fees in any of the above circumstances.
- In the event of any disputes, our company reserves the final decision.
- We reserve the right to interpret and revise the terms and conditions of the listed services.
